VW Golf GTI 2014 More Economical 18%




2014 VW Golf GTI prepared for the Geneva Motor Show 2013. For the first time, VW will offer a Golf GTI in 2 levels of power from the engine 2.0-liter TSI direct injection.

The first machine is powered standard 220 PS (217 hp) at 4500-6300 rpm. Then, there is the GTI Performance with 230 PS power. And for the first time offered GTI Performance with more power, the 230 PS (227 hp) at 4700-6200 rpm. Both engine produces 350 Nm of torque.

Both versions feature the Stop / Start and emissions in accordance with the Euro-6 (applicable in 2014). With the 6-speed manual transmission both Golf GTI only drink 1 liter of gasoline to 16.67 km. New Golf GTI That is 18% more efficient than previous models. If using DSG transmission fuel consumption both models to be 15.39 kpl.
